The role of a human resource officer is to assist staff development and cultivate a positive workplace culture while managing hiring, employee relations, performance reviews, and labour law compliance. Through talent development, retention, and attraction, they make sure that the organization's workforce goals are in line with its strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
•A three (3) year National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent •3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection Administration •Strong administrative skills •Experience in the development of HR policies and systems
Duties and Responsibilities
•Coordinate the Interview processes •Conduct Competency and Integrity Checks •Coordinate the appointment process i.e. draft recruitment report, offer and appointment letter •Conduct on boarding on new employees •Coordinate Relocation processes when required •Coordinate staff movements such as internal transfers, acting and secondments
